The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of A Recreational And Educational Zone At Primary School No. 13 In Siemianowice As Part Of The Implementation Of The Sentence Entitled: The Heart Of 13 - Family And Social Recreation And Recreation Zone. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Prepare Design Documentation Necessary To Complete The Investment Task To The Extent Indicated In Par. 3 Points 5.7 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, B) Notify The Intention To Perform Construction Works On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Employer, C) Deliver And Install Equipment In Accordance With The Documentation, D) Lay Roll Grass, Sow A Flower Meadow And Plant A Hedge, E) Refresh The Existing Playground Along With Replacing Sand, F) Supervise The Implementation Of Assembly Works, G) Prepare Acceptance Documentation And Prepare As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Surveying Inventory, With Submission Of The As-Built Surveying Report To The Geodesy Department Of The Siemianowice Śląskie City Hall. The Acceptance Documentation Includes, Among Others: Certificates Confirming Compliance Of The Installed Devices With Applicable Regulations And Standards, And For Other Building Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approvals. H) Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Information Regarding The Maintenance And Use Of The Facility.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.4. The Selected Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Consistent With The Contractors Offer, But Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Day Of The Official Acceptance Without Any Reservations Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. 5.
