1. Subject Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery By The Contractor, For Remuneration, Of A Maximum Of 3,500 Mg Of Cac03/Sio2/Mgco3 Filling Aggregate (Limestone Flour), Fraction 0-0.08 Mm, Hereinafter Referred To As The Aggregate Or Subject Of The Order, Where The Average Chemical Composition Is: 1) Caco3 - 96.0%,2) Sio2 - 1.5%,3) Mgco3 - 1.5%.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Will Serve The Ordering Party As A Raw Material For The Production Of Injection Used To Carry Out Backfill Mining Works In The Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Grout Will Be Produced In An Installation Built For This Purpose And Transported To The Underground Workings Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine Using Pipelines.2. Delivery Conditions.2.1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Aggregate On Separate Orders From The Ordering Party.2.2 The Aggregate Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order By The Ordering Party. In The Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify The Amount Of Aggregate That Should Be Delivered By The Contractor And The Required Date And Time Of Delivery.2.3 Orders Will Be Submitted To The Contractor In Documentary Form - Transmitted Via E-Mail And At The Same Time Confirmed By Phone.2.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Aggregate At The Hours Specified In The Order, With A Tolerance Of Up To 60 Minutes.2.5 Deliveries Will Take Place On Business Days From Monday To Friday, 24 Hours A Day. (Also At Night), A Maximum Of 6 Tanks Per Day.2.6 If The Contractor Fails To Deliver The Aggregate At The Hour Specified In The Order, Taking Into Account The Tolerance Period Referred To In Point 2.4, The Ordering Party May Be Forced To: 1) Stop The Operation Of The Installation, 2) Carry Out A Procedure For Cleaning The Installation And Pipelines In Order To Avoid The Grout Solidifying In The Installation Or Pipelines And Thus Causing Their Destruction Or Serious Damage.2.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Aggregate In Self-Unloading Tank Trucks. A Single Delivery By Road Tanker Should Not Be Less Than 25 Tons And Not More Than 29 Tons.2.8 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Quantities Of Aggregate Smaller Than 25 Tons But Not Less Than 15 Tons. The Ordering Party Declares That The Number Of Reduced Deliveries During The Term Of The Contract With The Contractor Will Be No More Than 3.2.9.
