A Detailed Description, Scope And Size Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Form Of The Subject Of The Order, The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 And The Contract Template Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Offer A 60-Day Payment Period From The Date Of Issuing The Correct Vat Invoice And Will Offer A Period Of Price Stability Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.4. If The Contractor Finds That The Content Of The Swz (Including Annexes), In The Scope Related To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Mentions A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process Characterizing A Specific Product, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Word: Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Will Consider The Product To Be Equivalent If It Has The Same Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters Than Those Described In The Swz, And Its Use Will Not Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning/Use Of The Product In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Will Not Result In Additional Costs Arising From Their Use. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
