As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Following Items: Part 1 - Supply Of Paper For Printers And Photocopiers. The List And Description Of The Subject Matter Of This Part Of The Order Are Set Out In: Annex No. 1Aa) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Materials In Original Packaging, Secured For Proper Storage And Safe Transport And With The Manufacturers Logo Enabling Clear Identification Of The Manufacturer, Name (Type, Symbol) Of The Materials, Catalog Number, Expiry Date, B) The Delivered Goods Must Be Consistent With The Submitted Offer. It Is Not Allowed To Change The Product Range During The Term Of The Contract, Unless It Is Caused By Factors Beyond The Control Of The Contractor, E.G. Cessation Of Production. In Such A Case, The Contractor Should Contact The Ordering Party To Demonstrate That The Proposed Replacement Meets The Criteria Described In The Swz. C) The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Offices Of The Katowice City Hall Indicated By The Ordering Party, D) The Materials Will Be Delivered By The Contractor At His Expense, Successively, In Accordance With The Telephone Or E-Mail Order Placed, E) Deliveries Of Goods Will Take Place On Business Days And Working Hours Of The Office, I.E. From Monday To Thursday From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., On Fridays From 8.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M., F) The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Time Specified In The Offer, From The Date Of Placing The Order.
