The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 600492K From Km 0+650 To Km 2+060 In The Towns Of Sieborowice And Zagórzyce Stare, Michałowice Commune, Covered By The Application Ab-V.6743.252.2025.Ib, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment.2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With: 1) Documentation - Scope - (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz);2) Conditions Of The Gas Plant - (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz);3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz);4) Bill Of Quantities / Bid Cost Estimate - (Appendix No. 11 To Swz);5) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - (Appendix No. 12 To The Swz);6) All Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions,7) These Specification Of Order Conditions.3. The Above-Mentioned Documents Are To Be Considered As Complementary To Each Other.4. Additionally, The Contractors Obligations Include Implementing And Agreeing With Appropriate Institutions On Alternative Traffic Organization And Marking During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Complete Closure Of The Renovated Road Section For The Duration Of The Asphalt Surfacing Of The Entire Width Of The Road - At Least The Execution Of The Wearing Course.5. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With The Letter Reference Number Psgkr.Zmsm.763.1172861.1.25 Of August 19, 2025 From Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. Branch Gas Plant In Krakow Ul. Gazowa 16, 31-060 Kraków (Annex No. 9 To The Swz) In The Area Designated For The Investment, Supervision Of The Kraków Krowodrza Gasworks, Ul. Balicka 94. The Costs Of Gas Supervision Are Covered By The Contractor.6. Works Related To The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Vicinity Of Existing Municipal Roads And Single-Family Buildings. Work, Storage And Delivery Of Materials Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way That They Do Not Interfere With Existing Facilities. The Ordering Party Should Be Notified In Advance About Any Difficulties In Using These Facilities.7. Subject Of The Order Specified In Section 1 Is Co-Financed Under The Government Road Development Fund. 8. In The Event Of Delays Or Other Circumstances Attributable To The Contractor, Which Result In The Ordering Party Losing Funding For The Task, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To File A Claim Against The Contractor For Payment Of The Lost Funding.
