1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Agents For De-Icing Artificial Airport Surfaces In The Range And Quantities Specified In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 2. The Order Is Divided Into Two Tasks: Task 1 - De-Icing Fluid Based On Potassium Formate Or Acetate.3. Quality Standards, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Individual Tasks And The Type Of Assortment Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.4. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 9 To The Swz - Draft Contract.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Warehouses Located In The Following Military Units That Are The Recipients Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Military Unit 4651 Gdynia Oksywie (43 Naval Aviation Base) Ul.
