1. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 (Furniture Maintenance) Is: 1.1. Carrying Out Conservation And Restoration Works On Antique Furniture, Including Disinfection, Chemical Cleaning, Chemical Cleaning Of Upholstery Materials, Dismantling Of Structures, Cleaning With Fine Sandpaper Granulations, Filling, Filling Gaps In Veneers, Filling Gaps In Brass Veins, Filling Gaps With Wood, Filling Gaps In Stucco, Gluing, Gluing, Painting, Staining, Duplicating Style Keys, Making New Upholstery, Replacement Of Cloth, Repair Of Guides, Repair Of Hinges, Improvement Of Security Of Old Paintings, Installation Of New Key Signs, Installation Of Elements After Polishing And Other Elements Necessary For Comprehensive Maintenance Of Objects. 1.2. Development Of A Program Of Conservation Works By The Contractor Within 30 Days Of Receiving The Museum Objects. 1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 1A To The Swz. 1.4. The Contractor Provides Packaging Materials (Bubble Wrap, Non-Woven Fabric, Stretch, Etc.) And Staff For Packing The Objects, Taking Them Out Of The Museum Rooms And Loading Them, And After Completing The Conservation, Unloading And Placing The Furniture In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Museum Items Must Be Packed Using Appropriate, Safe Materials Intended For Securing Historic Objects. 1.5. Conservation Works Performed By The Contractor Will Be Subject To Continuous Verification By The Ordering Party, The Conservation Commission And An Independent Expert, To Which The Contractor Consents. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Must Present, Among Others, The Current Scope Of Work And Materials Used For Maintenance. 1.6. During The Storage Of Objects By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Correctness Of Their Storage And The Conditions In Which They Are Stored; In Order To Enable The Exercise Of This Right, The Contractor Is Obliged To Allow Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party To Inspect The Above-Mentioned Rooms At Their Request. 1.7. Conservation Work Should Be Performed With The Greatest Care And To The Highest Standard, In Accordance With The Art Of Conservation, Applicable Principles And Legal Regulations, And On Time. 1.8. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Full Documentation Of The Performed Maintenance Of The Facilities, Including A Descriptive And Photographic Part. The Documentation Must Be Prepared In 2 Copies In Paper Form And 2 Copies In Electronic Form. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Standards For Documentation Of Conservation Works And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.
