The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Drainage Ditches In The City Of Rzeszów On A Length Of 19,138 M In The Following Housing Estates: Miłocin, Popowiedzów, Przybyszówka, Słocina, Wilkowyja Płn., Załęże, Budziwój, Zalesie, Biała. Size/Scope The Scope Of Services Includes: Single Or Double Mowing Of Slopes And Bottoms With Hard And Dense Lichens, Felling Of Trees, Clearing Of Bushes, Bottom Desilting, Bottom Hacking, Collection And Removal Of Mown Lichens, Manual Demolition Of Beaver Dams, Desilting Of Culverts, Removal Of Blockages From Ditches With Branches And Various Waste Along With Disposal - On An Ongoing Basis All The Time Validity Of The Contract. Works Requiring Double Mowing Should Be Performed Within The Following Dates: 1) First Mowing On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail, But No Later Than August 31, 2026. 2) Second Mowing From October 1, 2026 Until The End Of The Contract Period, Within The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail. The Order Of Work Will Be Agreed Each Time By The Ordering Party With The Contractor By E-Mail. (Email) Or By Phone. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Removing Blockages Of Branches And Various Waste From The Trenches Along With Their Disposal Within A Maximum Of 6 Hours From The Notification By The Ordering Party By E-Mail Or Telephone. If You Offer A Response Time Of More Than 6 Hours, The Offer Will Be Rejected. This Deadline May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of A Non-Price Criterion - Response Time To Start Removing Blockages From Branches And Various Waste From The Trenches Along With Disposal. 2.
