Part 1 - Fresh Fruit, Vegetables, Eggs 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For A Period Of 12 Months (From The Moment Of Concluding The Contract) To The Natura Rerum Center In Zielonka. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Product And Quantity List. 3. The Quantities Of Food Products Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, I.E. The Assortment And Quantity List, Are Estimated Quantities Determined Based On The Analysis Of The Ordering Partys Needs And Do Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Specified Quantity. The Quantities Of Individual Items Included In The Delivery May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party May Freely Reduce The Number Of Ordered Items Constituting The Subject Of The Order Below The Estimated Quantities Specified In The List, Depending On The Needs. The Ordering Party May Also Increase The Number Of Ordered Articles Depending On Its Own Needs To The Value Of The Contract.
