The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply Of A New Machine – A Two-Arm Stationary Continuous Swirling Mixer Of The Molding Mixture, Including Its: • Installation And Commissioning, Start-Up And Operator Training • Packaging Of The Machine • Provision Of Documentation For Operation, Maintenance And Certificates. A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Specification Of The Subject Of Performance. Due To The Amount Of The Contract And The Fact That It Is A Private Contractor Who Is Not A Public Contractor According To § 4 Zzvz And The Amount Of Support Does Not Exceed 50%, The Public Procurement Law Does Not Apply To The Tendering Process. The Contracting Authority Therefore Proceeds According To The Rules Of The Ppvd Op Tak. Since This Is Not A Small-Scale Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Enter The Contract In An Open Call In Accordance With Ppvd Point 5.1.1.
