Nkom Currently Has A Csp Agreement For Its Needs For Microsoft Licenses And Azure Consumption. On The Basis Of Direct Dialogue With Microsoft And Our Own Assessments Of Our Needs Going Forward, We Have Concluded That It Is Right To Proceed With The Acquisition Of An Ea Agreement As A Replacement For The Current Csp Agreement. The Supplier Is Asked To Outline How They Envisage Solving The On-Boarding Of The Current Licenses And Components. An Overview Of Products As Of Today Is Attached. Licenses Have Recently Been Changed To Be Renewed Monthly To Make A Transition To A New Agreement Easier And We Currently Have A 3-Month Notice Period With Existing Suppliers. Licenses That Have Not Gone Through A Renewal In The Last Couple Of Months Will Still Be Subject To Annual Renewal Spread Over 2026. The Financial Framework Is Estimated At Nok 50 Million, With An Upper Limit Of Up To Nok 75 Million Ex. Vat The Duration Of The Contract Is 4 + 1 + 1 Year (Options). Nkom Envisages Using A Suitable Standard Contractual Document The Supplier Uses For This Type Of Delivery.
