The Activity Does Not Foresee A Change Of Purpose, Does Not Affect Load-Bearing Structures And Is Carried Out In Compliance With Zut And By-Laws. The Public Procurement Is Announced Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Zop With Unsecured Financing. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice.
