The Public Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Two Separate Items: Separate Position 1 - Delivery And Installation Of School Furniture The Specific Position Is Funded By The Budget Of The Contracting Authority And Aims To Select A Contractor For The Delivery And Installation Of School Furniture (Furniture) For The Needs Of The Second Ou N. Y. Vaptsarov, As Follows: Student Tables: Two-Seater (76 Pcs) And For V Class - Two-Seater (20 Pcs); Student Chairs: Type 1 (152 Pcs.) And Type 2 (30 Pcs.); Teachers Furniture: Teachers Desk Type 1 (7 Pcs), Desk Shelf (7 Pcs), Teachers Chair (9 Pcs), Teachers Desk Type 2 (1 Pcs); Cabinets/Storage: Metal Cabinets Type 1 (12 Pcs) And Type 2 (5 Pcs), Student Computer Desk (14 Pcs), Printer Cabinet (1 Pc), Container Cabinet (1 Pc), Modular Composition (1 Pc); Upholstered Furniture: Two-Seater Pouf (4 Pcs.) And Pouf Cylinder (4 Pcs.) The Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement In The Part Under Separate Item No. 1 Are Described In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. Separate Item 2 - Delivery Of Furniture With Financing Under The Np Innovations In Action - Awarded In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, By Direct Award. This Position Covers Delivery, Installation And Warranty Service Of 3Pc Wheelchair; 3 Two-Seater Sofa; 3 Teachers Desks; 3-Piece Single-Column Cabinet. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Individual Value - Through Direct Assignment Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, As Its Estimated Value Is Eur 1,850.00 Excluding Vat And Does Not Exceed The Legally Established Thresholds. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is In The Building Of The Second Primary School Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov, Located At The Address: City Of Varna, G.K. Revival. The Term For The Performance Of Delivery And Installation Activities Is According To The Proposal Of The Participant, But Not Longer Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days, Which Begins To Run From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter From The Contracting Authority, But Not Earlier Than The Date Of Making The Advance Payment Under The Contract.
