This Order Contains 210 /Two Hundred And Ten / Nomenclature Units, Divided As Follows: From 1 To 75 Nomenclature Units, Contain Products Intended For The Department Of Orthopedics And Traumatology From 76 To 193 Nomenclature Units, Contain Products Intended For The Urology Department From 194 To 210 Nomenclature Units, They Contain Products Intended For The Department Of Surgery. The Indicated Quantities In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For Mbal Rahila Angelova Ad To Purchase Them In Full Volume Or To Limit Themselves With Them. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Is Determined On The Basis Of Real Needs And Financial Security For Its Performance. The Contracting Authority Provides The Opportunity To Submit Offers For One Or More Of The Nomenclature Items Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit One Proposal For The Execution Of The Order, For One, Several Or All Nomenclature Items. Failure To Submit A Proposal Under Any Of The Nomenclatures Is Not Grounds For Removing The Participant From The Procedure. The Contracting Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Medical Devices In Full, And The Type Depends On Its Needs And Financial Security.
