The Contract Covers The Provision Of Specialized Technical Consultancy Services In Civil Aviation, Comprising The Complete Preparation Of The Helipad Aeronautical Project, Including The Technical Feasibility Study, The Elaboration Of The Basic Helipad Plan (Pbh) And The Respective Helipad Protection Zone (Zp-Pbh), As Well As Mandatory Technical Studies, Such As Obstacle Analysis, Risk Study And Risk Assessment. Operational Security (Eso), All In Compliance With The Standards Of The National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) And The Airspace Control Department (Decea). The Contract Also Includes The Preparation, Organization, Protocolization And Monitoring Of Administrative Processes With Anac And Decea, Up To The Decision And Registration Of The Helipad, As Well As The Delivery Of A Complete Technical Dossier, Containing Plans, Memorials, Reports, Protocols And Monitoring Records.
