Agro-Chemical Products – Purchase Of Plant Protection Products 2026-27. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Also Agreement) For The Purchase Of Plant Protection Products (Hereinafter Also Goods Or Chemical Products). This Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Suppliers Of Preparations Intended For Agricultural Spraying In The Following Groups: • Group A: Herbicides, • Group B: Fungicides, • Group C: Insecticides, Wetting Agents, Growth Regulators, Auxiliaries. For Individual Deliveries, The Contracting Authority Will Proceed In Accordance With § 135 Zzvz - The Procedure For Resuming Competition Between Participants In The Framework Agreement. Individual Purchases Will Be Made On The Basis Of Submitted Offers. Detailed Tender Conditions Are Published In The Call For Tenders/Tender Documentation And Their Annexes.
