Banking Services – Provision Of Daily Banking Transactions And Portfolio Management For Bornholms Regional Municipality 2027 - 2033. The Offer Regarding The Settlement Of The Ordering Partys Daily Banking Transactions Using Ordinary Accounts For Deposits And Withdrawals As Well As The Use Of Electronic Payment Processing And Associated Services. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Enter Into A Contract With A Financial Institution To Take Care Of The Ordering Partys Day-To-Day Banking And Portfolio Management. Daily Bank Transactions The Orderer Currently Has Approx. 60 Bank Accounts, Which In Addition To The Main Account Primarily Consist Of Central Accounts Associated With Professional Systems, Decentralized Departmental Accounts, Deposit Accounts And Accounts Associated With Endowments That The Ordering Party Administers. The Offer Must Include All Accounts In The Bornholm Regional Municipality Group. Portfolio Management The Regional Municipality Currently Has Located For Approx. 87 Million Dkk In Danish Bonds And Shares Via Investment Fund Certificates. The Placement Has Taken Place On The Basis Of The Framework In The Municipalitys Policy For Managing The Municipalitys Financial Dispositions (Attached As Appendix 1). The Policy Takes Into Account The Legislative Framework For Municipal Placement Of Funds, Cf. § 44 Of The Executive Order Of The Act On The Board Of Municipalities And Executive Order No. 957 Of 10/07/2013 On The Placement And Board Of Funds Of Foundations. The Following Tasks/Services Are Covered By The Tender: •Account Management •All Types Of Monetary Transactions •Access To Use The Banks Online Banking System •Bank Accounts For Funds And Endowments Administered By The Ordering Party. •All Types Of Deposits On Escrow Accounts, I.A. In Connection With Land/Property Trading • Advice Regarding Daily Bank Transactions • Other Transactions Such As Cash Deposits, 24-Hour Box Deposits, National Bank Transfers, Visa/Dankort, Mastercards, Etc. •A Credit Facility •Continuous Reporting In Accordance With The Municipalitys Policy For Managing The Municipalitys Financial Dispositions •Portfolio Management The Contract Comes Into Force Upon Signature By The Parties, But At The Earliest On 1 September 2026 And Expires On 28 February 2033. Delivery Starts On 1 March 2027. The Contract Is Irrevocable For The First 18 Months. After This, The Municipality Can Terminate The Contract With 6 Months Notice Until The End Of A Month. The Bank Can Then Terminate The Contract With 12 Months Notice Until The End Of A Month. Prior To The Start Of Delivery, The Winning Tenderer Must Implement The Contract, Cf. The Contracts Provisions On This.
