Tenders are invited for Construction and Rehabilitation of Haffir Dams at Qool Caday Lot-1 [Haffir #4 and Haffir #6] o Lot-2 [Haffir #3 and Haffir #5] o Lot-1 [Haffir #1 and Haffir #2] 5. Interested firms can request for the bidding documents from the SDF Secretariat at the physical address or via the emails indicated below. Bidding documents will be shared electronically. 6. Interested firms are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled on Sunday, 15 March 2026, at 10 00 hours at the SDF Secretariat Offices at the address below. · · A Site visit shall be organized on Monday 16 March 2026. Firms that wish to attend the site visit should indicate their interest by email to the email address below. None-attendance of the Pre-Bid meeting and/or the Site Visit does not disqualify a firm from bidding. 7. Sealed Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, 30th March 2026 at 11:00 hours East African Standard Time. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted.
