Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation and Operation of ICT Infrastructure for Disaster Management Centre of Sri Lanka Sri Lanka The request for proposals document in Ettylish may be purchased by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 50,000.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in Sri Lanka from March 04, 2026 between 9.00 am to 3.00 pm on any working day. The method of payment will be by Cash or Bank Transfer. Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before April 24, 2026 at 3.00 p.m. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. Late Proposals will be rejected. The outer Proposal envelopes marked ORIGINAL PROPOSAL, and the inner envelopes marked TECHNICAL PART will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on April 24, 2026 at 3.00 p.m. All envelopes marked FINANCIAL PART shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public Proposals opening. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee: LKR 6.0 million or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in Sri Lanka.
