Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Ultrasound and Imaging Machines, Sterilizers, Physiotherapy Devices, Oxygen Concentrators, Diagnosis Machines, Microscope and Other Medical Equipment. Pre-qualification will be conducted through the procedures specified in KCMC University regulations and project/programs donor provisions, and is open to all applicants as defined in the Regulations. All applicants should adhere to the requirements stipulated in detail in the tender document. Failure to do so, your tender will be disqualified. Interested eligible bidders may download the pre-qualification document from the KCMC University website through the following links: www.kcmcu.ac.tz and pay a non-refundable fee of Tzs. 100,000/= (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only) per document. Payment shall be made through Bank Name: NBC, Account Name: Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College, Account No. 017101001339 and MUST attach a copy of the payment receipt to each application form submitted as proof of payment and submit the original copy upon document submission. Any application submitted without the receipt will be REJECTED. All applications should be physically delivered with One original and two copies for each line tendered, properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked the relevant Tender number, Lot and Serial No. and details of the tender (without the name of the applicant on top of the envelop) before Wednesday, 2.00 pm. 17th March, 2026 at 1200hrs local time Registry Office-Ground floor and opened promptly thereafter in Chamber Council.
