Sleepers And Parts Of Sleepers – Concrete Creamers Equipped With Direct Elastic Fastening Systems. Concrete Sleepers Are Used On The Railway For The Construction Of The Superstructure, Respectively The Mounting Of Rails On The Sleepers By Means Of Clamps. The Concrete Sleepers Take The Dynamic Loads From The Rail And Transmit Them To The Horse. Due To The Demands To Which They Are Subjected In Operation Due To The Efforts Given By The Rolling Stock In Circulation As Well As Due To The Climatic Conditions Of Operation, The Concrete Sleepers Wear Out, Unable To Ensure A Firm Grip Of The Rails With Negative Effects Regarding The Track Gauge. Failure To Secure The Rails Firmly Can Lead To Serious Disturbances Of The Horses Superstructure. In Order To Avoid The Production Of Disturbances, It Is Necessary To Replace The Concrete Sleepers, Of Different Types, Individually Or In A Row, With New Ones. The Permanent Operation Of The Railway Lines Is Ensured By Maintaining The Component Parts Of The Track And Their Geometric State Parameters Within The Allowed Tolerances Provided In The Cfr Service Instructions And Norms. Due To The Advanced Degree Of Deterioration Of The Physical And State Parameters, Disruptions Occur In The Movement Of Trains. In Order To Avoid Disruptions And Possible Railway Incidents, It Is Necessary To Replace The Reinforced Concrete Sleepers Periodically (Depending On The Wear Suffered Due To The Stored Gross Tonnage, Damage For Various Reasons, Etc.). The Products Are Monobloc Sleepers, Made Of Pre-Compressed Reinforced Concrete And Equipped With Direct Elastic Clamping Systems For Railways With Normal Track Gauge (1435 Mm) And Standardized Track Gauge Extensions Of 10 Or 20 Mm, For Railway Curves With Track Extensions Where It Is Necessary To Increase The Normal Gauge For The Correct Registration Of Rolling Stock In Curves And Are Necessary For Maintenance And Repair Of Lines, Activities That Are Carried Out Based On Approved Work Programs. The Realization Of These Work Programs According To The Provisions Of The Specialized Instructions Is Conditioned By The Provision Of The Appropriate Material Base. Failure To Secure The Rails Firmly Can Lead To Serious Disturbances Of The Horses Superstructure. In Order To Avoid Disturbances, It Is Necessary To Replace The Concrete Sleepers, Of Different Types, In Isolation Or In A Row, With New Ones Or By Replacing Inappropriate Wooden Sleepers Located Mainly In The Area Of Curves And During Maintenance Works With The Replacement Of Track Superstructure Elements In A Row. Frequency Of Subsequent Contracts: Maximum 2 Subsequent Contracts/Year The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Estimated For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Respectively The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Are Presented In The Table From Point 3.3.1.1 Of The Specifications No. 2.A./1/1101/20.11.2025.
