The Estimated Value Of The Contract In Question Exceeds The Eu Thresholds Referred To In Art. 3 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, Hereinafter Referred To As The Public Procurement Law. 2. The Procedure For Awarding The Contract In Question Is Conducted Pursuant To Art. 132 Et Seq. Public Procurement Law, In Open Tender Mode. An Open Tender Is A Contract Award Procedure In Which All Interested Contractors May Submit Offers In Response To The Contract Notice. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Study On The Demand For Qualifications And Competences Of Employees In The Aviation Industry Sector In Poland, Covering Both The Current, Short-Term (3 Years) And Medium-Term (5 Years) Perspectives. The Study Includes An Analysis Of The Perspective Of Enterprises In The Aviation Industry Sector And The Education And Training System (Formal And Non-Formal), With Particular Emphasis On The Impact Of Digitization Processes, Automation And The Implementation Of Industry 4.0 Solutions. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Draft Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Any Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. This Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Project Sectoral Council For Competences, Aviation Industry Sector. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Accessibility Of The Research Process For People With Special Needs, In Particular Through:  The Possibility Of Conducting Research In Alternative Forms (E.G. Cati Instead Of Cawi),  Using A Clear And Understandable Language Of Communication,  Adapting Research Tools To The Needs Of Respondents, As Far As Possible And Research Justification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027, I.E. Respecting The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities And The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men. The Research Should Be Conducted In A Manner Free From Discrimination Based In Particular On Gender, Age, Race, Ethnic And Social Origin, Sexual Orientation, Disability, Political Views.
