Medical Imaging Services – Provision Of Pet-Ct Diagnostic Services. The National Institute Of Oncology, Acting As The Tenderer, Intends To Launch A Public Procurement Procedure For The Provision Of A Pet-Ct Diagnostic Service Combining A Positron Emission Tomography-Based Procedure And A Computer Tomography Procedure (Examination And Findings Together: Pet-Ct Diagnostic Service, Examination) In Order To Diagnose And Cure Cancer Diseases, As A Result Of Which The Winning Bidders Will Be A Healthcare Provider Providing Pet Services (Hereinafter: Pet-Ct Service Provider) Approx. It Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement According To § 105, Paragraph (2), Point A) For A Definite Period Of Time Regarding The Performance Of The Tasks Defined In This Technical Description In Order To Ensure The Continuous Operation Of Patient Care. Through This Public Procurement Procedure, The Tenderer Wishes To Provide Pet-Ct Diagnostic Services (Testing) For Patients Through A Pet-Ct Diagnostic Service Accepted And Financed At The Expense Of The Health Insurance Fund. The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide The Radiopharmaceuticals Necessary For Conducting Pet-Ct Examinations With Fdg And Psma Radiopharmaceuticals During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. Framework Quantity: Provision Of 8,000 Pet-Ct Diagnostic Services (Tests) During A Fixed Period Of 24 Months. Due To The Nature Of The Framework Agreement, The Bidder Does Not Undertake Any Call Obligation. Ak Wishes To Conclude The Framework Agreement With The First Two Tas Ranked Based On The Evaluation Criteria, Or, In The Absence Of Two Valid Offers, With The At Qualified As Valid. According To The Following Objective Criteria, Ak Sends The Order That Meets Its Current Needs To The Kbt. According To § 105, Paragraph (2), Point A): Based On The Ranking Established Based On The Evaluation Criteria Applied In The First Part Of The Framework Agreement Procedure, The Order For The Test Quantity Corresponding To The Current Needs Is Sent To The Service Providers At The Expense Of The Framework Quantity: A) For The 1St Local Service Provider For 70% Of The Quantity According To The Given Order, B) For The 2Nd Local Service Provider, The Quantity According To The Given Order Is 30 % Price. The Pet-Ct Service Provider Must Carry Out The Examinations With Its Own Owned/Legally Used Pet-Ct, As A Result Of Which The Pet-Ct Service Providers Obligation Is To Ensure The Periodic Maintenance, Operation, And Error Correction Of The Machine, I.E. Its Continuous Availability. The Bidder Must State In His Bid That The Diagnostic Equipment To Be Used In The Context Of The Pet-Ct Diagnostic Service Is His Own Property Or That He Can Ensure Their Use (E.G. Rental Agreement, Leasing Agreement) During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Pet-Ct Service Provider Is Obliged To Perform The Tests At Its Own Premises Or At Another Location Suitable For Patient Examinations. The Bidder Must State In His Bid Where He Wants The Pet-Ct Diagnostic Service And Examination To Be Performed On Site
