Quotation are invited for Trucks for Distributions 1 Overview: Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: Under its emergency response activities, Amel is seeking to enter into a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for a period of six (6) months with a qualified supplier to provide distribution services across Lebanon. The selected supplier must be specialized in distribution operations and capable of delivering the required services efficiently and in a timely manner .Note: Distribution activities in red zones will be coordinated with the relevant authorities. 2.1 Trucks for distribution: Provide Pickups/Trucks for distribution (different sizes as per specified in Annex B) 2.2 Labor: Provide Labor for Loading and offloading items Note: Distribution for red zones will be coordinated with relevant authorities 3 The quotation must include: Same requested specification Prices in USD Validation of the quotation 4 Required Documents: All Bidders are required to send the below requirements via email to: procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject RFQ - 05875 Trucks for Distributions copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org : RFQ signed and stamped A signed and stamped Technical Offer using Annex A - Technical Offer A signed and stamped Commercial Offer using Annex B - Commercial Offer Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance ( ). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
