1. The Subject Of The Order Are Services Related To The Comprehensive Ground Repair Service Of Municipal Roads For The Pasłęk Commune In 2026.2. The Contractors Task Is To Provide Services Related To Comprehensive And Ad Hoc Renovations Of Municipal Dirt Roads In The City And Commune Of Pasłęk, Consisting Of: 1) Providing Services Using A Backhoe Loader With A Bucket Capacity Of Not Less Than 1M3, Will Include, Among Others: On Loading, Transporting, Installing, Clearing And Leveling Stone Aggregate, Rubble, Reclaimed Material, Sand Or Native Soil And Performing Similar Road Works. The Settlement Of The Provision Of The Service Referred To In Point 1 Will Be Based On The Amount Of Built-In Material Delivered And Transferred By The Ordering Party To The Place Indicated In An Amount Of Not Less Than 25 Tons. In Order To Effectively Provide The Service, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Use Of A Truck During Work On Longer Road Sections (Maximum Length Of The Section 3 Km).2) Providing The Service Using A Self-Propelled Road Roller With A Mass Of Not Less Than 8 Tons And A Hardening Width Of Not Less Than 1.70 M, In Order To Harden Municipal Roads, The Settlement Of The Service Referred To In Point 2 Will Be Based On The Hours Worked Roller.3) Providing Services Using A Road Grader Weighing Not Less Than 11 Tons, With A Minimum Power Of 90 Hp And A Blade Width Of Not Less Than 3.3 M, Consisting Of, Among Others, Spreading And Leveling The Material Intended For Road Repair And Creating A Road Profile With Slopes (Roof Or One-Sided Slope With A Slope Of 3% ÷ 6%). The Settlement Of The Service Referred To In Point 3 Will Be Based On The Motor Hours Of The Grader.3. Area Of ​​Provision Of Municipal Road Surface Repair Services In The City And Commune Of Pasłęk, I.E.: On Average 11.7 Km From The Center Of Pasłęk, Maximum 17.6 Km From The Center Of Pasłęk. The Material Will Be Delivered Each Time By The Ordering Party (In An Amount Of Not Less Than 25 Tons). The Cost Of Traveling/Delivering Equipment To The Work Site Should Be Included In The Offer Price.4. Additional Information Regarding The Provision Of The Service Is Included In The Terms Of Reference And The Draft Contract.
