The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Forensic Materials For The Local Units Of The Silesian Garrison And The Provincial Police Headquarters In Katowice For The Years 2026/2027, Divided Into 14 Tasks (Parts): Task 1: Dactyloscopic Foils; Task 2: Miscellaneous Powders; Task 3: Fluorescent Powders; Task 4: Cyanostick; Task 5: Brushes;Task 6: Biological Swabs;Task 7: Odor Absorbers;Task 8: Jars + Lids, Aluminum Foil;Task 9: Plaster, Trace Fixing Agent, Silicone Paste, Mes Foil;Task 10: Ceramic Pillow, Fingerprint Roller, Fingerprint Ink, Distilled Water, Denatured Alcohol;Task 11: Photographic Scale, Rulers, Id Numbers; Task 12: Scalpel Holder No. 4, Scalpel, Tweezers, Gsr Table; Task 13: Scrapers; Task 14: Block Of Self-Adhesive Numbers. Detailed Information Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With A Quantitative List, Which Is Also Price Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Assortment Be Brand New, First-Class, Meet The Quality And Use Standards Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Procedure Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. In Column 14 Of The Price Form For Each Task Will Be A Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter And/Or Indicate The Expiry Date And/Or Validity Date, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Tor For Individual Tasks And Items. Does Not Apply To Task No. 8. During The Period Of The Granted Warranty And/Or Expiry Date And/Or Expiration Date, The Ordering Party Does Not Incur Any Additional Costs, All Costs Related To Warranty Service Or The Expiry Date And/Or Expiration Date Are Borne By The Contractor. In The Case Of Task No. 8, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Thickness Of The Foil (Column No. 9), In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Tor For Item No. 2. The Warranty, Shelf Life And Expiration Date Constitute The Criteria For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer For Tasks No. 1-7 And No. 9-14. The Thickness Of The Foil Is The Criterion For Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer For Task No. 8.
