The Order Is Being Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode. The Task Will Be Implemented As Part Of An Investment Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Under The Sports Complexes Modernization Program Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012” – 2025 Edition (Co-Financing Agreement No. 2026/0018/1431/Suba/). Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Apart From The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 255 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It.
