The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In The Town Of Łążyn - Stage Ii Through: 1) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network, Side Branches Of The Sanitary Sewage System, A Pressure Pipe With A P5 Sewage Pumping Station In The Town Of Łążyn (Plot No. 184/1, 205/2, Precinct 0007) Commune. Zławieś Wielka2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Point 1. Specifies The Attached Design Documentation, Which Includes: Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Detailed Design, Land Development Design, Sst And Swz Together With Its Annexes.2. The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: 1) Implementation Of Executive Works Including Approved Technical Solutions Specified In The Documentation.2) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Together With A Surveying Inventory, Reporting The Completion Of The Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Area, Therefore The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Resulting Restrictions And The Need To Implement Additional Security Measures, Keep The Construction Entrance Free Of Traffic Obstacles And Remove Dirt, Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage On An Ongoing Basis. 4. Ensure Your Own Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste. After Completion Of The Works, But Before The Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restore It To The Condition It Was In Before The Works Began. The Ordering Party Should Be Informed About The Devices, Materials And Items That Will Be Dismantled Or Dismantled.
