The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Waste Code 19 08 12 (Sludge From Biological Treatment Of Industrial Sewage Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 08 11), Arising As A Result Of Biological Treatment Of Wastewater From Composting Plants And Landfill Leachates And Being Primarily Gravity-Thickened Excess Sludge Generated During This Process. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended). The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be 1,500 Mg, Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 800 Mg. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Is An Estimate, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Waste Does Not Have A Chemical Composition Or Physical Properties That Make The Waste Dangerous In Accordance With Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 1357/2015 Of December 18, 2014 And Is Homogenous Waste Consisting Primarily Of Gravity-Densified Excess Sludge. The Estimated Parameters Of The Waste In Question Are Included In The Table Below: Parameter Range From The Last 6 Analyzes Unit Ammonium Nitrogen <0.1 To 6% Dm Total Chromium 30 To 900, Mg/Kg Dm Zinc 70 To 900; Mg/Kg Dm Total Phosphorus <1 To 2% Dm Cadmium < 1 To 2 Mg/Kg Dm Copper <1 To 21 Mg/Kg Dm Nickel 15 To 45 Mg/Kg Dm Lead <5 To 75 Mg/Kg Dm Loss On Ignition (Organic Parts) 36 To 75; %The Ordering Party Will Enable Interested Parties To Collect The Waste In Question Free Of Charge For Their Own Analysis. The Ordering Party Ensures That The Waste In Question Is Not Animal By-Products And Is Not A Mixture Of Green Waste And Animal By-Products Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of October 21, 2009. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Entire Order Cannot Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Will Deliver Waste With Code 19 08 12 To The Contractor From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M., In Quantities Previously Agreed By E-Mail Between The Ordering Party And The Contractors Representative. On Average, Approximately 20 M3 Per Week, This Amount Depends On The Load On The Sewage Treatment Systems. Waste Weighing Will Be Carried Out On The Ordering Partys Verified Scales And Confirmed With A Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System. The Ordering Party Requires That The Sludge Processing Sites With Code 19 08 12 Indicated In The Decision Be Located No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office (At Ul. Krakowska 315 D, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała). The Above Distance Should Be Understood As The Shortest Route
