Motivating Integration With The Local Community,3. Assistance In Taking Advantage Of The Offer Of Social And Cultural Events Organized In The City And Commune Of Pleszew,4. Improving The Quality Of Life Of An Elderly Person, Including: By Providing Pleasant Company. Necessary Requirements:1. Knowledge Of The Polish Language In Speech And Writing;2. Health Condition Enabling The Provision Of Assistant Services (Confirmed By A Declaration Under Criminal Liability);3. Having Full Legal Capacity And Enjoying Full Public Rights,4. No Criminal Record By A Final And Binding Court Judgment For Intentional Crimes Prosecuted By Public Indictment Or Intentional Fiscal Crimes,5. Impeccable Reputation,6. Ability To Organize Work Efficiently,7. Ability To Establish Contacts With An Older Person,8. Having Features Such As: Empathy, Emotional Balance, Solidarity, Resourcefulness, Discretion, Stress Resistance, Personal Culture,9. Independence And Responsibility,10. Reliability And Punctuality, Systematicity, Self-Control And Patience.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027.3.
