Whh Applies A Humanitarian-Development-Peace (Hdp) Nexus Approach, Emphasizing Localization Through Strategic Partnerships, Active Engagement In Coordination Forums, And Commitment To Gender-Responsive Programming. . Evaluation Purpose This End-Of-Project Evaluation Will Support Accountability To The European Commission (Donor), Whh And Consortium Partners By Determining The Extent To Which The Project Achieved Its Objectives, And Will Generate Actionable Learning For Future Climate‑Resilience Programming In Somaliland. The Evaluation Findings Will Be Used By Whh, Acted, Candlelight, Government Partners And Affected Communities To Inform Similar Interventions And Future Funding Decisions. The Evaluation Will Assess The Project’S Relevance, Coherence, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Impact And Sustainability In Line With Oecd‑Dac And Whh Standards. It Will Examine Gender Equality, Youth And Disability Inclusion And Accountability To Affected Populations, And Will Verify The Logframe Indicators To Determine Progress Toward The Overall Objective Of Systemic Climate-Change Resilience.
