The City Seeks A Comprehensive Redevelopment Strategy That Establishes A Clear Vision For Reinvestment, Supports Economic Development, Enhances Urban Design, And Provides The Technical, Financial, And Legal Framework Required For Tad Designation, Adoption, And Implementation.
