Theboardwishes Toretainthe Services Of A Qualifiedcontractor To Work With Theboard, Its Consultant (Central Valley Engineering)To Successfully Complete The Project.The Contractor Is To Provide Alllabour, Materials,Equipment, And Supervision Necessary To Complete The Stormwater System Improvementsin Accordance Withthe Sealed Ifc Drawings Prepared By Central Valley Engineering (2004) Ltd. The Work Includes Site Preparation, Excavation, Installation Of New Storm Piping, Catch Basins,Manholes, And An Infiltration Trench System, Pavement Removals And Reinstatement, Backfilling And Compaction, And Restoration Of Affected Areas. The Contractor Shall Coordinate With The City And Utility Providers, Implement Erosion And Sediment Control Measures, Complete Required Inspections And Testing, And Ensure All Workscomply Withmunicipal Standards, Applicable Codes, And Permit Requirements.All Installations And Modifications Are To Be As Per The Drawings And Specifications And Must Conform To All The Related Codes, By-Law Regulations, And Requirements Of The Authorities Havingjurisdiction.Site Visit:A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Heldtuesday March 10,2026Startingpromptly At10:00Am.
