Round-The-Clock Physical Armed Guarding Of The Military Properties With The Movable And Immovable Property Of The Military Formation (V.F.) 32020-Varna And V.F. 34960–Varna, With Tasks And Requirements Specified In The Relevant Technical Specifications. The Order Is Organized Into 2 (Two) Separate Items (Op): 1. Op No. 1 24-Hour Physical Armed Guard Of Military Formation 32020-Varna In Accordance With Technical Specification Tc Navy B.Vo.159.26 (Appendix No. 1), Place Of Execution - V.F. 32020, Varna Region, Varna Municipality, Tufla Kula Area; 2. Op No. 2 24-Hour Physical Armed Guard Of Military Formation 34960-Varna In Accordance With Technical Specification Ts Navy B.Vo.158.26 (Appendix No. 2), Scope Of Implementation - V.F. 34960, Varna Region, Aksakovo Municipality, Land Of The Village Of Sunny, Pobiti Kamani Locality. Term Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Order - 48 (Forty-Eight) Months. In Accordance With Art. 5 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppp), An Option Is Provided To Extend The Period Of Implementation To 2 (Two) Months In Order To Ensure Continuity Of Service Until The Start Of The Implementation Of The Subsequent Security Contract. The Indicated Estimated Value Includes The Envisaged Option To Extend The Term Of The Order. Considering That The Necessary Financing Has Not Been Secured At The Date Of The Opening Of The Public Procurement, The Conclusion Of Contracts For The Implementation Of The Procurement Will Be Carried Out Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
