The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Work And Uniform Clothing (Also Referred To In The Documentation As Goods, Products Or Products) For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, In Two Separate Positions, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1 And 1.2). The Current Public Procurement Is Reserved Within The Meaning Of Art. 12, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Is Intended For Assignment To Participants Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, Since Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Terminology Dictionary, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. When The Participants Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, They Must Meet The Conditions In Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Nature And Quantity Of The Activities Performed: Under Op No. 1: Delivery Of Work Clothing - 1,250 Pieces Of 24 Types Of Goods, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1); Under Op No. 2: Production And Delivery Of Uniform Clothing - 539 Pieces Of 8 Types Of Goods, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.2). The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated For 12 (Twelve) Months And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Indicated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including To Declare Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In The Instructions, Item 5 - Option At Award.
