The Service Includes: - Providing A Fixed Telephone Service, According To The Specific Conditions And Technical Requirements Described Below, Together With A Certain Package Of Additional Services, Including Receiving And Sending Facsimile Messages, For Direct Telephone Sets And Subscriber Sets From The Contracting Authoritys Own Telephone Exchanges; - Possibility To Use The Other Services Offered By The Participant Under Preferential Conditions In Relation To The Municipality Of Burgas, Its Units, Municipal Enterprises And Town Halls.
