The Subject Of The Order Includes Activities Related To Disinfection, Disinsection, Deratization And Desaccharization Carried Out In Objects And Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Veliko Tarnovo. The Implementation Of The Following Types Of Activities Is Foreseen: Disinsection And Deratization In Closed Premises, And For Certain Sites It Is Planned To Be Carried Out Monthly; Sandbox Disinfection; Disinsection Against Mosquitoes In Open Areas Ground Treatment; Disinsection Against Mosquitoes Aviation Treatment; Desaccharization Of Open Areas; Disinsection Of Hornet And Wasp Nests. Objects And Territories Are Indicated With Estimated Amounts Of The Areas To Be Cultivated. The Estimated Value For The Public Procurement Is Eur 550,113.79 Excluding Vat, And The Same Represents The Maximum Allowable Value For The Execution Of The Contract With The Contractor Selected. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Fully Utilize The Specified Financial Resource. The Final Value Will Be Determined Within The Framework Of The Actual Execution Of The Contract. The Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Up To 3 (Three) Years, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until Reaching The Estimated Value For The Execution Of The Public Procurement, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurred Earlier. In Accordance With The Possibility Under Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, When Conducting The Current Procedure, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Done Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria, Therefore The Examination, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Order Provided For In Art. 61 Of Ppzop.
