1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of An Electricity Storage System In The Building Of Primary School No. 132 At Ul. Grabowska 1 In Warsaw. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Equipping Selected Facilities With Electric Energy Storage Systems In The Capital City Of Warsaw European Funds For Mazovia Program 2021 - 2027, Measure 2.3 - Renewable Energy Sources.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of A Design Concept For Equipping The Above-Mentioned Electric Energy Storage System. Building, B) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Based On The Concept Approved By The Ordering Party, C) Delivery And Installation Of An Electric Energy Storage System Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, D) Integration Of The Electric Energy Storage System With The Existing Pv Installation, The Existing Electrical Network And The Energy Management System Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw (Sdze), E) Conducting Training For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Energy Storage System, F) Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Complete Electrical Energy Storage System, G) Preparing And Submitting As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, B) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, Together With The Annex Entitled Guidelines For The Energy Management System.4) Information On The Division/Non-Division Of The Order Into Lots. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Covering The Supply Of Batteries And Accumulators, Including Energy Storage Systems, Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. These Proceedings Concern One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.5) Pursuant To § 5 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Field Of Business Activity With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 150,000.00 (In Words: One Hundred And Fifty Thousand Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.6) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 203,626.46 To Finance The Awarded Order.7) Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 60 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 84 Months. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers - See Chapter Xiv Of The Tor. 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. 10) Subcontractors
