Part 1 - Conducting Sensory Integration Therapy Classes. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Provision Of Services Related To The Conduct Of Sensory Integration Therapy Classes For 180 Hours. Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Sensory Integration Therapist: A) After Being Appointed To The Team Of Specialists For A Specific Child, Determining, Based On The Opinion On The Need For Early Development Support, The Directions And Schedule Of Activities Undertaken In The Field Of Early Support And Family Support, B) Establishing Cooperation With The Facility Where The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions, C) Developing And Implementing An Individual Early Development Support Program With The Child And His Or Her Family, In The Part Intended For The Sensory Integration Therapist, D) Assessing The Progress And Difficulties In The Childs Functioning, Including Identifying And Eliminating Barriers And Restrictions In The Environment Hindering His Or Her Activity And Participation In Social Life, E) Analyzing The Effectiveness Of The Help Provided On The Basis Of The Program To The Child And His Or Her Family, F) Making Changes To The Program In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Child And His Family,G) Planning Further Activities In The Field Of Early Support.H) Providing Additional Physiotherapeutic Services / Sensorimotor Integration Therapy For The Child And His Family.I) Educating Parents In The Field Of Supporting The Childs Development.J) Providing Parents With Specialist Information Regarding The Childs Development Problems As Well As Instructions And Information Necessary To Continue Working With The Child At Home;K) Monitoring The Childs Development, Preparing Opinions If Necessary,L) Updating The Documentation On An Ongoing Basis After Each Hour Of Classes;M) Establishing Cooperation With A Facility Where The Child Is Covered By Other Therapeutic Activities In Order To Ensure Coherence Of Interactions (If Applicable)N) Organizing Meetings And Consultations For Parents/Legal Guardians If Necessary;O) Keeping Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law - Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of August 24, 2017 On Organizing Early Support For The Development Of Children (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1635).
