The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Carrying Out, In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff, Actual Activities Aimed At Emptying People And Their Property From Selected Residential Premises Managed By Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej I Mieszkaniowej Sp. Z O. O. In Siemianowice Śląskie, To Temporary Premises Secured At The Contractors Expense, In Order To Execute The Judgment Ordering Eviction In The Absence Of The Right To Receive Social Housing. The Expected Number Of Orders Is 32.2.2. The Contractors Obligations Include:2.2.1. Mediation In Cooperation With The Court Bailiff Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Order To Empty The Residential Premises Managed By The Person Conducting The Proceedings Of Persons And Their Property, 2.2.2. Carrying Out An Effective Eviction And Securing It Legally And Logistically, Including: A) Ensuring The Transport Of Movable Property From The Vacated Premises And The Transport Of The Property To The Room Intended For Storing The Property Of Evicted Persons Indicated By The Person Conducting The Proceedings. Transport: The Transported Movable Property Should Be Protected Against Damage Or Destruction In A Way That Prevents The Contents From Moving During Transport And Secured According To The Nature Of The Items Transported, B) Segregation Of Waste Found In The Premises And Preparing It For Removal By The Services. Waste Removal Is Carried Out At The Expense Of The Person Conducting The Proceedings. C) Securing By The Contractor Temporary Premises Required For The Relocation Of Persons Who Will Meet The Requirements Of The Enforcement Authority And The Court; D) Securing The Premises After The Eviction By Replacing Locks (Cylinders) To The Entrance Doors Of The Evicted Premises Or Another Form Preventing Unauthorized And Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Evicted Premises. The Above-Mentioned Activities Will Be Performed By The Contractor By Its Own Employees And With Its Own Transport, And In The Case Of Eviction Also Using Your Own Packaging (Boxes, Bags, Adhesive Tapes, Bubble Wraps, Stretch Foils, Etc.), The Cost Of Which Should Be Included In The Offer Price.E) Handing Over The Vacated Residential Premises (Together With A Set Of New Keys) To The Person Conducting The Proceedings, Free Of People And Their Property;F) Other Activities Necessary To Achieve The Goal Of Effective Eviction From The Premises And Handing Over The Vacated Premises To The Person Conducting The Proceedings.2.3. The List Of Premises That Must Be Emptied Of The People Living In Them And Their Property Will Be Provided To The Contractor Successively During The Term Of The Contract.
