4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mowing And Cleaning Services For Mowing And Other Waste From Areas Owned By The Pabianice Municipality.4.2. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Parts As Follows: 4.2.1. Part 1 - Task 1: The Order Includes Mowing, Cleaning Of Mows And Other Waste From Areas Owned By The Municipality Of Pabianice. The Scope Of The Service Will Include Mowing The Areas Listed In The Annex To The Contract And Collecting And Transporting The Mow, As Well As Managing Other Waste (Glass, Plastic, Paper, Metal, Etc.) From The Above Areas (Areas Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz). The Service Includes In Particular: 1. 1/ Preparation Of Areas Intended For Mowing By Collecting Waste Lying On Them (Paper, Foil, Glass, Etc.); 2/ Mowing Grass, Weeds, Self-Seeding And Suckers Around Trees In The Indicated Areas, The Mowing Height Should Be The Same Over The Entire Surface, Guaranteeing The Aesthetic Appearance Of The Area And Not Exceeding 5 Cm; 3/ Manual Trimming Around Trees, Traction Poles, Bollards And Showcases And Other Infrastructure; 4/ Raking And Loading Mowed Grass And Municipal Waste Collected During Preparatory Work Onto Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose Immediately After Mowing Is Completed On A Given Day. The Contractor Will Manage All Waste From The Works Carried Out On Its Own In Accordance With The Waste Act. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Or Documents Confirming Waste Management In Accordance With The Above. Act.4.3.
