The Sports Fields Complex Is Located In The Area Protected By The Conservator Of Monuments.3. The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Limited To The Ordering Partys Real Estate. The Order Includes: 1) Execution And Coordination With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of The Project Of Renovation/Replacement Of The Football Pitch Surface To The Extent Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz; 2) Construction Works Of The Locker Room Facilities; 3) Sanitary Works Of The Locker Room Facilities; 4) Equipment Of The Locker Room Facilities; 5) Electrical Works Of The Locker Room Facilities; 6) Construction Works Of The Pitch - Renovation Pitch Surface;7) Renovation Of Pitch Equipment - Wickets, Goals And Ball Catches;8) Replacement Of Lighting In The Orlik Complex - Replacement Of 16 Lighting Fixtures. In The Above Scope, The Following Should Be Carried Out: - Necessary Formal And Legal Procedures - Obtaining Other Necessary Permits, Resolutions Or Administrative Decisions - Acquisition Of Necessary Materials And Implementation Of Deliveries - Implementation Of Necessary Installation And Construction Works - Preparation Of Executive And As-Built Documentation - Acceptance Of Works.
