1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuel For The Own Needs Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant In Miastko.2. Estimated Total Quantity Scope Of The Order - Diesel Oil - 90,000 Liters. The Delivery Volume Means The Planned Target Quantity Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period. In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Reducing The Quantity Of Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To The Value Indicated Above. If The Quantity Of Fuel Purchased Is Lower Than The Estimated Amount, The Contractor Will Not Submit Any Claims To The Ordering Party In This Respect, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees Fuel Collection At A Level Not Less Than 60% Described Above.3. Place Of Delivery: Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant, Węgorzynko 37. Fuel Delivery Will Take Place In The Presence Of A Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor (E.G. Driver).4. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With All Current Standards And Certificates Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Required By The Law Of The Contracting Country. The Offered Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590+A1: 2017-06 Standard Fuels For Motor Vehicles - Diesel Oils - Requirements And Test Methods, As Well As The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024. On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). 5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install, For The Duration Of Its Implementation, A Distributor Consisting Of A Double-Walled Polyethylene Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters For Storing Class Iii Fuels, Including Diesel Oil, And A Distribution System. Maintaining The Technical Condition Of The Tank Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Deadline For Preparing The Diesel Tank For Use: 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.5.1. The Device Should Be Equipped With: 1) An Inspection Hatch In The Outer Tank Protected Against Theft; 2) An Inspection Hatch In The Inner Tank; 3) Venting The Inner Tank; 4) A Dispenser Lock, Protecting The Contents Of The Tank And Accessories Against Unauthorized Access; 5) A Self-Priming 230V Ac Vane Pump, With A Capacity Of Max. 79 L/Min, Adapted For Continuous Operation; 6) Electronic Flow Meter;7) Leakage Sensor, Inter-Shell Control System;8) Sensor Signaling The Maximum Fill Level Of The Tank With A Plug;9) Flexible 1 Distribution Hose, 6 M Long, Equipped With An Automatic Filler;10) Terminal With The Following Options: A) Ensuring Fuel Consumption By Authorized Persons Using Two Cards Or Equivalent (Logging In The Driver And Vehicle), B) Support For Up To 25 Users, C) On-Line Data Transfer Immediately After Completion Refueling, Real-Time Fuel Monitoring. Note: The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Preparing The Surface For The Tank And Supplying 230V Voltage To The Place Where The Tank Is Placed Using A Separate Protection.
