The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes In Particular: Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 440865 K Kuków Górki In Km 0+000-0+491 In The Town Of Kuków And Stryszawa, Stryszawa Commune: 1) Felling Of Roadsides With Removal Of Spoil 2) Cutting And Milling (Demolition) Of Asphalt Concrete Surface. 3) Delivery And Installation Of Crushed Stone Fractions 31.5-63 In Order To Supplement The Damaged Foundation With Wedging With A Fine Fraction.4) Reconstruction Of The Concrete Block Exit.5) Adjustment Of Sanitary Sewage Well Manholes.6) Adjustment Of Water Supply Gate Valve Boxes.7) Construction Of A Binding Asphalt Concrete Layer.8) Construction Of A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete.9) Covering The Roadsides With Crushed Stone. Additional Comments The Ordering Party To Implement The Subject Of The Order: - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Health And Safety Regulations And Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Person, Using Construction Products Approved For Trading And Common Use In Construction.3. Detailed Measurements And Scope Of Work Can Be Found In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.4. Construction Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), The Ordering Partys Instructions And The Construction Practice And Applicable Legal Regulations. 5. The Task In Question Will Be Co-Financed From The Government Road Development Fund In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It.6. Equivalent Solutions:5.1. Wherever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Such Description Shall Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5.2. If The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Manner Referred To In Point 5.1, The Ordering Party Shall Indicate In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. If The Order Documents Include An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (Proper Names), And The Ordering Party Has Not Specified The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Should Be Treated As Null And Void.
