The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of The Area Of ​​The School Complex In Różan In The Maków District In The Masovian Voivodeship On Part Of The Plot No. 213/1 Różan, Town, Różan District, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment Area. The Aim Of The Project Is To Provide Appropriate Transport Services, Including Parking, As Well As Landscaping And Lighting. The Scope Of The Planned Land Development Is As Follows: Widening And Strengthening The Existing Road With An Asphalt Surface, Covering The Surface With Concrete Road Slabs With A Layer Of Aggregate And Asphalt On The Maneuvering Square And The Access Road To This Square, Allowing Circular Traffic To Turn Around, Building New Roads With An Asphalt Surface, Including The Road To The Second Gate And Maneuvering Roads In The Parking Lots, Constructing 46 Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Including Three For Disabled People, With A Partially Biologically Active Surface Made Of Openwork Slabs, Reconstruction Of Existing And Construction Of New Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, Arrangement Of Greenery In The Form Of Lawns, Flower Beds With Shrubs And Trees, And Installation Of Self-Powered Lighting Lamps.
