The Subject Of The Order Is The Partial Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Of The City Hall Building In Zamość As Part Of The Investment Task Renovation Of Stairs And Partial Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation In The City Hall Building In Zamość.2. The Order Is Awarded For The Partial Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Of The Town Hall Building In Zamość.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Dismantling, Assembly And Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Levels On The Walls And In The Existing Assembly Channels Located On The Ground Floor Of The Main Building Of The Town Hall Building In Zamość. Cast Iron And Panel Radiators On The Walls Are Also Subject To Replacement. However, Radiators Made Of Finned Pipes In Channels Are Intended For Reassembly.4. A Detailed Description Of The Implementation And The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Included In The Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, I.E. Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And Polish Standards Or Technical Approvals, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.5. If The Ordering Party Is Unable To Manage The Excavated Material, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage It On Its Own.6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And The Content Of The Documentation Should Be Adapted To The Specificity And Nature Of The Investment Task. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Following Information Appearing In The Design Documentation: Manufacturers Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes, In Relation To The Required Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Goods - The Ordering Party Recommends Treating Such Indications As Examples And Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Guarantee Obtaining Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. These Changes Are To Be Beneficial For The Ordering Party, E.G. They Will Reduce Operation And Maintenance Costs, Improve Technical Parameters, And Update The Solutions Due To Technological Progress And Changes In Applicable Regulations. The Equivalent Materials Used Must Correspond To The Technical And Qualitative Characteristics Of The Materials And Devices Indicated In The Technical Documentation And Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In The Technical Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Devices Used Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party - Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law.
