1. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Increase Its Tourist Attractiveness, Introduce An Information Function And Ensure Accessibility For People With Disabilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Cleaning And Demolition Of Existing Elements (Wooden Cladding, Terrace Surface, Balustrades, Seats, Table, Pavement And Equipment), Cleaning And Renovation Of Stone Elements And Walls (Cleaning Of Moss, Deposits, Graffiti, Filling Of Joints, Partial Demolition And Reconstruction Of Cracked Wall Fragments, Protection And Reconstruction Of The Relief), Strengthening The Structure Of The Facility And Changing The Structure Of The Shelter (Replacement Of Poles And Construction Of New Foundations). The Task Also Includes The Construction Of New Elements Of Small Architecture, Including New Balustrades, A New Floor Of The Observation Deck With Waterproofing, Installation Of New Gutters And Downpipes, Construction Of A Mast With A Coat Of Arms, Construction Of A Substructure And Installation Of An Information Board, As Well As New Planting Of Greenery And Tidying Up The Surroundings. It Is Also Planned To Adapt The Facility To The Needs Of People With Disabilities By Designating A Parking Space For A Disabled Person, Installing An Electronic Marker For Blind And Visually Impaired People With Self-Description And Making Tactile Markings. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Power Lines, Cabling And Electrical Installations Necessary For The Functioning Of The Designed Equipment Elements.2.
