1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Lubartów In 2026. 2) The Scope Of Work Includes: A) Partial Renovations Of Bituminous Surfaces With Asphalt Concrete Ac8s 50/70 Kr-1-2 Gr. 4 Cm With Framing; B) Double Surface Consolidation Of The Surface With Emulsion And Grit Along With The Removal Of Excess Grit; C) Partial Renovation Of The Surface Using Asphalt Emulsions And Grit - Defects Up To 4 Cm Deep; D) Asphalt Concrete Overlays With An Area Of Over 50 M2 And A Thickness Of 4 Cm. E) Vertical Adjustment Of Storm Sewage Inspection Wells With Replacement Of Manholes Self-Leveling; - Vertical Adjustment And Replacement Of Rainwater Inlets With Gratings.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To Idw-Swz, I.E. In The Bill Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specification (Sst).4) The Contractor Must Offer A Warranty Period Ranging From 12 To 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Drawing Up The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Contractor Must Undertake To Repair Any Faults And Defects Free Of Charge During The Warranty Period On The Terms And Deadlines Specified In The Contract And The Warranty Card.
