The Planned Arrangement Of Development Elements Of The Investment Area Is Presented In Drawings Pfu-01-03 Site Plan. The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz Is The Basis For:• Preparation Tender Offer By The Contractor, • Carrying Out The Procedure For Selecting The Contractor In The Design And Build Formula, In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, • Concluding An Agreement With The Selected Contractor For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Develop Design Documentation And Obtain The Building Permit Required By Law, - Carry Out Construction Works.2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Described In The Documentation, Including The Functional And Utility Program, Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement.
