1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With An Engine Power Of Not Less Than 70 Hp Along With A Brand New Flail Mower Mounted On A Boom Device. The Equipment Must Be Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In The Year Of Delivery And Meet Applicable Safety And Exhaust Emission Standards.2. The Agricultural Tractor Will Be Intended To Perform Municipal And Construction Works, In Particular Related To The Renovation And Ongoing Maintenance Of Dirt Roads In The Barczewo Commune, As Well As To Carry Out Other Statutory Tasks Performed By The Municipal Buildings Department. The Flail Mower With A Boom Will Be Intended For Mowing Roadsides, Roadside Ditches, Slopes And Green Areas.3. It Is Required That The Offered Equipment Has Appropriate Equipment Enabling Its Proper Operation In Municipal Conditions, Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty And Has Full Technical Documentation And An Operating Manual In Polish.4. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: − The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is At Least 24 Months, − During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts, Except For Materials And Consumable Parts Subject To Natural Wear And Tear, Are Borne By The Contractor.5. The Contractor Should Provide Authorized Warranty And Post-Warranty Service. The Stationary Service Should Be Located In Poland Within A Distance Of 50 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters,6. The Vehicle Must Have The Following Documents, − Ec Declaration Of Conformity (Ce) - Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Of Eu Directives (Machinery, Exhaust Emissions, Safety). − Approval Certificate. − Service Book Or Document Confirming The Completion Of A Zero Inspection. − Operating Manual In Polish (For The Tractor And Mower). − Spare Parts Catalog (If Provided By The Manufacturer). − Operation And Maintenance Manual (Dtr) For The Mower. Flail.− Hydraulic/Electrical Diagrams (If Required For Operation).− Vehicle Card (If Issued).− Translations Of Documents If Foreign Manufacturer7. The Ordering Party Sets The Shortest Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order At 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report
